Have you heard of Invisible Children? It is a movement. A big one. If you don't know about it, you can read more here.

Right now, Invisible Children is running a film campaign to make a man famous - not to celebrate him, but to bring him to justice. His name is Joseph Kony.

Joeseph Kony is #1 on the list of worst criminals in the International Crimes Court. For 26 years he has led unimaginable attacks of mindless killing and slaughter against the children and people of Uganda and several other African countries. He needs to be stopped. But there's a problem...

99% of the planet doesn't know who he is.

Kony2012 is a movement to make him known in our world so that something can be done.

"It's hard to look back on some parts of human history because when we heard about injustice, we cared, but we didn't know what to do. Too often we did nothing. But if we're going to change that we have to start somewhere."

The US is deploying troops to help, and we want to see this continued. This situation is the first time in history that the US has taken this sort of military action - not for self defense or economic gain - but because it is what's right.
